How to request deletion
Email us from your registered address with the subject line "Delete My Data." We'll confirm receipt and permanently delete your account and all logged data within 30 days.
You can request permanent deletion of your MySkync account and all associated data at any time with no questions asked.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All routine entries, logs and tagged data
- Your Skin Score history
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you simply want a break, you can also just stop logging and your account will remain intact if you’d rather come back later.
